  Asked for a gluten free burger. Waited and hour and a half for the food to come out to find that the bun was gluten free but the patty isn't. Was then refused a refund for food that I cannot eat due to having celiac disease. Disgusting service and I do not recommend this cafe.

  My god. You've deleted the numerous disasterous reviews off your facebook page and replaced them with bogus ones from your dodgy relatives; the same dodgy relatives you used to abuse anyone that DARED review your appalling restaurant with anything less than a positive review. Your food is crap, your service is crap and the numerous bad reviews on facebook and on google should tell you that. You must be so ridiculously arrogant to STILL be defending your clearly badly run cafe, even in the face of constant complaints! Why don't you take the criticism on board and change some things? Tighten up your processes, improve the quality of your food, cut wait times? Yeah we know, we know; THEY'RE THE BEST BURGERS ON THE MOUNTAIN! Except, guess what! They're ACTUALLY NOT! We ate there are year ago and I can still say without a doubt it was one of the most unpleasant dining experiences I've ever had since living on the Gold Coast and I had out of town visitors with me who unfortunately completely agreed with me! You're a disgrace to the hospitality industry and need to pull your arrogant head in!
